We have made changes to our warranty to better serve our customers and improve the overall product experience. However, please note that these changes do not apply retroactively. It is extremely important to retighten all bolts after the first start/use of the machine. Failure to do so may result in the warranty being voided. Please make sure to follow the instructions provided with the machine and retighten all bolts as necessary.
Please note that this warranty does not cover lost bolts or any other lost or stolen items. The warranty only covers defects in material and workmanship and does not cover any damages caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification. Make sure you follow rules and regulations in your country/area/state/city before purchasing and/or using our products.
High-Performance Parts and Racing/Competition Disclaimer
While RJWC offers high-performance parts designed for off-road use, it is crucial to understand that participation in racing, competitive events, or similar high-stress applications voids all warranties. Racing and competition place extraordinary demands on vehicle components, including our products. A failure in one part of the vehicle can lead to the failure of other parts, including those supplied by RJWC. For example, a malfunctioning fuel injector could lead to engine overheating, which in turn could damage our exhaust systems. Therefore, any damages or failures that occur during racing or competitive events are not covered under warranty.
If you as a consumer/end-user have any questions about the installation of any particular RJWC Exhaust system you have purchased, contact Customer Service or the dealership you bought it from.
RJWC sells and markets power-enhancing products made for off-road use. RJWC (RJWC Powersports AB) is not accountable for any injuries or damage as the result of using any of our products.
Inspection
All items returned for warranty consideration are subject to inspection. RJWC Powersports reserves the right to inspect all parts related to a warranty claim and to refuse any warranty claim upon inspection of said parts. No replacement products will be shipped prior to receipt and inspection of any product for warranty request.
ANY PRODUCT RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
EXHAUSTS
APX – 3 Years Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty is applicable to the original purchaser of the APX Exhaust System and covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
Mud Edition & Krossflow – 2 Years Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty is applicable to the original purchaser of the Mud Edition & Krossflow Exhaust Systems and covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damages not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Any damages caused by misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or alteration.
- Any damages caused by improper installation or maintenance.
- Any damages caused by external forces such as corrosion, rust, salt, and other environmental factors.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of use, time, or income.
- Shipping costs for repair or replacement of the Exhaust System.
- Usage for racing, competitive events, or other high-stress applications.
- Failure to properly tune the engine via a fuel tuner, EFI-reflash, or similar method to ensure the A/F ratio is within acceptable parameters.
Remedies
If a covered defect is identified, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the Exhaust System or any part thereof. This constitutes your exclusive remedy.
Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser is required to contact us with a detailed description of the issue along with proof of purchase.
Legal Rights
This Limited Warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Superseding Clause
This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty applicable to this product and supersedes all other warranties, whether express or implied.
