Thank you for shopping at RJWC Powersports. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our policy is designed to give you peace of mind and to ensure a fair and transparent process.

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at help@rjwcpowersports.com. Items must be sent back to us at RJWC Powersports AB, Bullerleden 9B, 961 95 BODEN, Sweden, only after your return request has been approved.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item is in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
 

Specific Examples of Non-Returnable Conditions include items that have been:

  • Used or worn beyond trying them on for fit and size.
  • Modified or altered.
  • Damaged after delivery.
 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours at help@rjwcpowersports.com. We will provide instructions for a return or exchange and cover any associated shipping costs.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sale items and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

We recommend returning the item you have and, once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that you receive the new item quickly and secures its availability.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Items returned that do not meet the return conditions may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

Refused Delivery

 

If you decide not to accept delivery of an item or inform the shipping service that you wish to return the item, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from the total refund. Please note that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
