This requirement is critical to prevent your engine from running lean, which could lead to engine damage. It’s important to follow the Fuel Tuner manufacturer’s recommendations to achieve the correct air-to-fuel mixture.

A comprehensive EFI Tune, including options like reflashing, may also be beneficial. Please note that any issues with the exhaust arising from improper engine operation will not be covered under warranty.

If your machine differs from the base model, it may be necessary to add an additional tune, a turndown pipe, or other components to ensure the correct fit and optimal functionality.

Change of Mind Returns

RJWC Powersports AB gladly accepts returns due to a change of mind, provided that we receive a return request within 14 days of the item’s receipt. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, who must also arrange their own shipping.

Once we have received and accepted the returned items, we will process refunds as store credit for a future purchase. You will be notified of this through email. Please note that while RJWC Powersports AB will refund the value of the returned goods, we do not refund the value of any shipping paid.

Warranty Returns

RJWC Powersports is committed to honoring valid warranty claims, provided that a claim is submitted within 90 days of the item’s receipt.

Customers will need to pre-pay the return shipping. However, upon a successful warranty claim, we will reimburse you for this cost.

Upon receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect RJWC Powersports to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once your warranty claim is confirmed, you will be given the option of:

(a) a refund to your original payment method

(b) a refund in-store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if available in stock)
